I installed it, I see the icon in the Google apps, but there is no change to G-Suite. Even attempting to launch the add-on just opens the Asana window. There are no visible integrations anywhere in the mail interface. Keep an eye on your team's progress and workload. This is basically a glorified version of the Chrome extension and one that takes up a ton of space in Gmail. Step 6. Set up field mappings between Asana and Google Sheets

The good thing is once connected you won’t have to do it again. It is a lifeline for our very small business. However, this mobile app can be far more disappointing and frustrating than useful. It is especially frustrating because you cannot use the web app on a mobile device, but using mobile app almost always creates more work.

Much better when you’re out driving. It would feel like having a secretary with access to your projects on the phone. Duplicate this flow to sync tasks from other projects to your Google Sheet. This step is necessary for your fields to sync properly. You can also add these columns manually. Honestly, I'd been looking for an app like this for a while.

Now we can choose rules that tell Unito when and which triggers will create new tasks in Asana and/or rows in Google Sheets. This step is only for row and task creation; if you choose a one-way flow here, you can still create a two-way sync for individual fields later on. We are using Asana to track our grants. I want to connect with our google calendar. I asked support and they said you cannot mass connect your projects to the calendar.
